Background:
Randy came on board to lead DIRC in 2019 with extensive general contracting and high-end residential construction experience – he’s served in leadership roles for most of his 30 years in the A/E/C industry. At DIRC, Randy’s leadership focus is on strategic planning, instilling our Core Values throughout the company, promoting continuous improvement and innovation, and holding us all to the highest levels of performance. In his downtime, Randy enjoys homelife and excursions with his wife as well as water skiing and climbing Colorado’s 14ers.

Background:
Phil joined our team relatively recently bringing along with him extensive experience and a strong reputation within Denver’s construction circles. Over his career, Phil has completed projects with values ranging from $300 thousand to $130 million as a project engineer, manager, and superintendent. He’s taken on an even greater role with us, assisting Randy with strategic planning, mentorship of key employees, and planning for excellence in all our projects. Phil stays active with CSU, his alma mater, and he enjoys skiing (water and snow), hiking, and supporting his family in their sporting and other activities.

Background:
Jason recently transitioned from his DIRC VP Construction role to build our Preconstruction and Estimating Department. His new responsibilities include developing improved processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely estimates as he works closely with our business development and operations teams. Over the course of his career, Jason, our resident Texas Aggie, has been involved in more multi-family, commercial, and residential projects than he can keep track of! He’s also performed estimating work for commercial firms that specialize in site, core/shell, and tenant improvement finishes.

Background:
After several years working in HR in the world of major corporations, Lisa joined our team in 2018. She’s responsible not only for our traditional day-to-day HR functions, but also for the strategic direction of our employee engagement programs to ensure each person has the opportunity to grow and succeed professionally. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys the outdoors: sports-related activities like hiking and skiing or simply soaking up the Colorado seasons.

Background:
Laraine joined us in 2020 with strong business development experience in the general contracting space and equally strong management experience in other industries. Laraine is a natural and avid networker – building and maintaining key relationships in all corners of the Denver business community. She’s also quite active with professional groups like NAIOP and Urban Land Institute. In her very little spare time, Laraine enjoys outdoor activities – especially camping, kayaking, and hiking. When indoors, she prefers to read and cook.

Background:
Dillon joined our team in 2014 with twenty years of experience in the construction industry under his belt. He has a strong background in custom, production, and multi-family residential construction, flavored with experience in land acquisition and project management. Dillon not only works with our site teams to ensure they meet project goals, but he also coordinates with the Warranty team to track new home orientations and related matters. When he’s off the worksite, Dillon enjoys outdoor activities, especially biking (dirt and mountain).

Background:
Tori knows accounting from all angles. After earning her Master’s in Accounting, she worked in a public accounting firm and then put her considerable skills to use for a Colorado oil and gas company. Tori now oversees our accounting and finance functions, always driven by her fundamental commitment to accuracy and timeliness – whether for financial reports, project reports, or general budgets. Tori’s hobbies outside the office include skiing, tennis, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
